We thank you for choosing ANKH to purchase your favorite products and we are happy to serve you. Sometimes your mind may change in relation to the products you have purchased, not yours. We at ANKH will make every effort to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.
We have facilitated the return or exchange process for you through the following procedures:
1 - The time period policy for the return or replacement of purchases
- Return and exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2 - A policy of returning or replacing purchases
- This policy applies to the product being in its sealed packaging and in the same original condition when purchased.
- Upon return, it is necessary to return all products and gifts received with the product upon purchase in its original packaging.
- Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect can be exchanged for the same item provided that the customer delivers them to ANKH.
- In the event of return or exchange, the customer must deliver the product in compliance with the above conditions.
3 - Procedures and locations of return and exchange:
- The customer can return or exchange purchases from ANKH for free, provided that the condition mentioned in Article 2 above is fulfilled.
- The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the procedures for exchanging or returning products.
4 - Refund methods:
- The customer has the option to retrieve the value of his purchases or replace it with another product, according to the customer’s choice.
- To retrieve the value of purchases made by credit cards or bank checks, the amount will be retrieved through the customer's bank account within fourteen (14) business days, and the customer must follow the payment procedures through the bank branch he deals with.
5 - Exclusions that are not covered by the return and exchange policy:
- Misuse: Non-conformity of the products, colors, or any other appearance compared to the product when it was received during the purchase process and as it is stated in the purchase invoice.
6 - Privacy Notice:
- ANKH is not responsible for the loss of any customer data during the exchange or return process.
7 - Other Terms and Conditions:
- The customer has the right to receive the items purchased within a maximum period of one month from the date of purchase.
- In the event that the customer's receipt of the product is postponed, the customer has the right to request the storage service of the purchased items at ANKH for a fee of 10% of the total value of the stored products for each month it is stored.
- In the event that the customer delays receiving the product, ANKH has the right to add 10% of the total value of the stored products for each month of delay in receipt to be collected in cash from the customer.
